This apparatus is the best for exercising and building up the lower calf muscles. The posture of the seated calf raise changes the focus from the heavily used gastrocnemius muscle to the lesser-used soleus muscle.
The main difference between this exercise and the standing calf raise is that your knees are bent at 90 degree angles.
It is of ergonomic design to enable the user to achieve maximum impact, with no loss of energy and ensures safety during training.
