Description
The Standing Multi Flight Machine is a high-quality professional strength machine designed for training the shoulders, back, and chest, allowing multi-angle movements for complete and functional muscle development.
Training in a standing position promotes natural biomechanics and engages stabilizing muscles, while providing a wide range of motion (ROM) and maximum exercise efficiency.
Key Features
• Targeted training for the deltoids (anterior, lateral, and posterior), as well as back and chest muscles
• Adjustable range of motion (ROM) — enabling personalization of movement angle and height according to the user’s anatomy
• Counterbalanced arms for smooth motion and consistent resistance throughout the entire range
• Adjustable pivot system for easy adaptation of the rotation center and starting position
• Heavy-duty construction and wide platform for maximum stability during all exercises
Exercise Variations
• Lateral raises for the medial deltoid
• Front raises for the anterior deltoid
• Reverse fly movements for the rear deltoid and upper back
• Cross movements (high-to-low / low-to-high) for chest and serratus activation
This machine is ideal for both functional and isolated upper-body training, offering stability, safety, and adaptability for users of all fitness levels — from beginners to professional athletes.
